Mega Millions jackpot grows to nearly $600 million

(CNN) - The Mega Millions jackpot has grown to nearly $600 million ahead of the holiday weekend.

The jackpot is an estimated $576 million after no one won Friday night’s drawing. The latest winning numbers were 5-9-29-47-57, and the Mega Ball was 16.

The cash option is about $254 million.

The next drawing will take place Tuesday at 11 p.m. ET.

No one has won the grand prize since March, when a $60 million jackpot was won by the Happy Trails Trust with a ticket purchased in Ohio.
