Cold Springs basketball coach resigns after school district launches investigation
CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) - An investigation is underway into a former high school basketball coach who was escorted from school property after her sudden resignation.
The Cullman County Superintendent said Paige Adams resigned her position immediately on Wednesday after school leaders were presented with a complaint.
Adams was the coach of the girls’ basketball team at Cold Springs High School in Cullman County.
The matter has been referred to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

Adams led Cold Springs to the Class 2A state championship game in her first season of leading the program.
