U.S. Space & Rocket Center holds Space Camp job fair

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - The U.S. Space & Rocket Center is holding a Space Camp job fair for the winter, spring and summer camp season Tuesday, Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the NASA Educator Resource Center located at the entrance to the Rocket Center.

Space Camp has more than 80 positions for counselors and support personnel available. Training begins in January for these positions.

Space Camp counselors and support personnel work with children from around the world who attend Space Camp®, Aviation Challenge® Camp or Space Camp Robotics programs.

Members of the Space Camp team also have the chance to interact with professionals in the STEM and education fields and attend social and volunteer activities in the community, all of which can help build their resumes as they look toward a future career. Free onsite housing and meals are available to our resident counselors.
