HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Calhoun Community College will have a second Open House for students displaced by the recent closure of ITT Technical Institute.

The second open house of the Huntsville Campus building comes after overwhelming interest in the first open house.

“Since we had such a tremendous turn-out and demonstration of interest from ITT students at the first open house in Decatur, our team wanted to host another event in Huntsville to make it easier for students from that area to come out and talk with us,” commented Calhoun President Dr. James Klauber.

The event will be Tuesday, October 4, 2016, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the new Math, Science, and Computer Science building at the college’s Huntsville campus.

Those who are unable to attend the event or wish to start the application process can visit Calhoun's website
