UNA lockdown lifted following robbery near campus

FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) - A campus-wide lockdown at UNA is now over. Campus officials confirm there is no longer a known threat to the school.
UNA alerted students with a 'Lion Alert' around 9:30a.m. on Wednesday. The alert states an armed suspect wanted in a robbery could be heading toward campus.

The suspect is described as a black man in black clothing. Police believe he is no longer near the UNA campus.
