Decatur alcohol sale times starting earlier on Sundays

DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) - In Decatur, alcohol-drinkers will be able to have booze with their brunch a little earlier.
The Decatur City Council approved an ordinance allowing alcohol sales to start at 10 a.m. on Sundays instead of noon.
This is effective immediately.
