LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A graduation ceremony was held for a group of at-risk students in Limestone County.
The Ombudsman Limestone graduation was held Tuesday night at Athens State University.
39 students, who were once at risk of dropping out of school, received their diplomas.
The students were actively engaged in learning and in their community.
Limestone County schools partnered with Ombudsman Educational Services to open the center in August of 2009.
