DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - A federal indictment filed in June is offering new details regarding former Decatur Representative Micky Hammon's involvement in Triana Health while he was serving as the House majority leader.
The indictment references Hammon under the alias 'Bill Johnson'. The alias was reportedly used to keep Hammon's identity removed from the company due to ongoing misconduct.
Hammon, who pleaded guilty to mail fraud in 2017, was recently released from prison after severing a 90-day sentence.
