(WAFF) - Huntsville police confirm they've apprehended the suspect in Tuesday night's shooting on Lee Drive.
Police had obtained four felony assault warrants against 37-year-old Marcus Antonio Prentice. He was taken into custody Thursday evening.
Police say Prentice shot four people following an altercation with his girlfriend earlier Tuesday. According to investigators, Prentice returned after the argument and opened fire toward the house, injuring four people. Their injuries were not life-threatening.
One of the bullets hit a home on Appleby Street. No one was injured at that location.
