Court denies EPSCO injuction against Huntsville City Schools

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A court in Madison County has denied EPSCO an injuction relating to its lawsuit with Huntsville City Schools.
EPSCO asked for a preliminary injuction in May, after the company stated that the school system did not follow the proper procedure when switching out companies to fill temporary personnel positions.

The Circuit Court in Madison County denied EPSCO that injuction on Tuesday, saying that they failed to prove certain elements in the case, such as that the company would suffer "irreparable damage" and that the company had a reasonable chance at success in the case.
