(WAFF) - ALDI is recalling about 35,000 Ambiano mini deep fryers, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The CPSC warns that the deep fryers' heating element can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. There have been three reports of fryers catching fire, including three reports of minor property damage. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers who have these deep fryers are advised to immediately stop using them and return them to your local ALDI store for a full refund.

The recalled fryers come in two colors. The brushed stainless steel ones carry the barcode 20072483. The red fryers have the barcode 20072490.
