10 years later: Lee High School bus crash survivor remembers
HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Ten years ago this week marks a dark time in Huntsville history.
On Nov. 20, 2006, a bus from Lee High School was heading to the Huntsville Center For Technology when it plunged from Interstate 565 near downtown Huntsville. Four students were killed. Nearly 40 others were injured.
One survivor knows it will take the families of the dead and injured students involved in this week's bus crash in Chattanooga, Tennessee a long time before there is acceptance and healing, both physically and emotionally.
