Sheriff's Department vehicle among 20 cars and trucks burglarized

FAYETTEVILLE, TN (WAFF) - Police responded to several auto burglaries that happened in a subdivision in Fayetteville, Tennessee.

Over 20 trucks and cars had been burglarized and vandalized Thursday morning.

Victims reported items and money missing from their vehicles.

A Lincoln County Sheriff's Department vehicle was included in the burglaries.

A gun, tactical vest and other law enforcement related items were reported taken from the vehicle.

A reward of up to $3,000 is being offered to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
