Bright was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She waiting for bond at the DeKalb County Detention Center.

State officials returned to the day care on Friday. Agents found employees had not been given criminal background checks. The day care's license was suspended as a result.
