MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A Marshall County man will serve a year in jail on charges that he taped sex acts in front of young children at an Albertville recreational facility.
Christopher Peppers pleaded guilty to two counts of enticing a child for immoral purposes on Wednesday.
Albertville police say Peppers took a six- and seven-year-old boy to a structure at a football field at the Albertville recreation center on January 22. They said he used a foreign object and performed sex acts while having the boys videotape the event on his cell phone.
The boys later told police Pepper did bad things to a dog, but prosecutors said they dismissed the bestiality charge as part of the plea agreement.
Peppers was ordered to stay away from the victims and must register as a sex offender.
