Madison County coroner identifies 2 found dead at Huntsville home

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - The Madison County Coroner identified the two teens found fatally shot at a home in the 3900 block of Broadmor Road on Tuesday morning.

Madison County Coroner Bobby Berryhill said the first victim, 19-year-old Jaylen Cosby, lived at the home where he was found with a gunshot wound. The shooting was ruled a homicide.

The second victim is 17-year-old Khayree Austin, who was found at the home with a gunshot wound. His death was also ruled a homicide.

Around 7:30 Tuesday morning, police received a call about a suspicious person in the neighborhood.

A few minutes later they received a call that shots had been fired.

When police arrived at the home they found Cosby and Austin fatally shot.

Huntsville police continue to investigate.
