Decatur woman arrested on false identity charges

DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - On February 11, Decatur police say Jennifer Sue Miller was arrested for theft of property in the fourth degree.

Miller was arrested at the Walmart located on Spring Avenue after she identified herself as another person.

Miller was booked into the Decatur City Jail under the false name and later bonded out using that same name.

At the time of her arrest she had several outstanding warrants for her arrest from the Morgan County Sheriff's Office that were issued in January of 2012.

Miller turned herself in and was charged with the warrant for obstructing justice using a false identity.

She was booked into the Decatur City Jail and transferred to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
