2 adults, 1 juvenile facing robbery charges

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Huntsville police arrested three people, including one juvenile, in connection with the robbery of a pizza delivery driver on Monday night.

Police say the robbery took place around 10 p.m. in the 3600 block of Adair Street when the victim was approached by the suspects and robbed at gunpoint.

The victim's phone was taken, but officers were able to use the GPS in the phone to pinpoint its location. investigators were able to take all three suspects into custody without incident.

They also recovered the victim's phone and the gun used in the crime.

26-year-old Louis Moise, 20-year-old David Hilaire, and a juvenile are all charged with robbery first degree. The two adults were booked into the Madison County Jail and the juvenile was booked into the Neaves-Davis Detention Center.
