Barrow's trial in Madison County is scheduled for April 4. The defense says the forensic report for the examination of a computer will not be ready until March 22. Attorneys want a continuance so they can review the report.

Prosecutors filed a motion opposing this request. The district attorney says the state requested a special setting in this case because both alleged victims are pre-teens are require special preparations for trial. The prosecution states a continuance would cause both victims emotional distress.

The judge has set a hearing for March 22.
