Cullman Co. Sheriff's Office locates registered child sex offender

CULLMAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - The Cullman County Sheriff's Office has located a registered child sex offender.
A felony warrant was issued for Michael Gene Presley for a Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) violation for failure to notify termination of residence.
Presley was arrested Thursday morning and is being held in the Cullman County Detention Center.
Other charges against Presley may be pending.
