MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - Three people are behind bars following a drug bust in Decatur.
Ashley Gabbard, Kristopher Clemons and James Kennedy each face a list of drug charges.
The arrests stem from a several month long investigation surrounding illegal activity at an apartment on Cedar Lake Road.
During the arrest Police say Gabbard and Clemons were both in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Gabbard was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gabbard is out on bond for manufacturing 2nd degree and several addition drug charges. Officers are currently working with the Morgan County District Attorney's office to have her bond revoked.
Clemons was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering in a drug house. He was later transferred to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $3,500 bond.
Kennedy was arrested for loitering in a drug house. Kennedy is currently on parole through the state of Alabama for manufacturing 2nd degree. Officers are currently working to have his parole revoked.
