Search warrant leads to four arrests in Pisgah drug bust

PISGAH, AL (WAFF) - On Thursday, a search warrant was issued to the Scottsboro Police Department and was executed at 2395 County Road 358 in Pisgah at 10:30 p.m.

The search warrant was the result of a joint investigation between the Scottsboro Police Department and the Jackson County Sheriff's Drug Unit.

The search warrant for the premises led to seizure of 16 grams of "ice" (meth), psychedelic mushrooms, a small amount of marijuana, two handguns, a large assortment of drug paraphernalia, and a small amount of cash.

Investigators also recovered an ATV four-wheeler that had been reported stolen with the Henagar Police Department back in March of this year.

A Henagar Officer assisted the two agencies and recovered the stolen four-wheeler.

39-year-old Kevin Grant Garrard and 30-year-old Ashley Ryan Evans, both of Pisgah are charged with possession w/intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 2nd, drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property 2nd.

37-year-old Johnathan Ray Gore of Sylvania and 19-year-old Dakota Lake Gore of Fyffe are both charged with possession w/ intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 2nd, drug paraphernalia.

All four individuals are currently being held in the Jackson County Jail and no bonds have been set.
