STEVENSON, AL (WAFF) - A Stevenson woman is in jail on drug charges after information from the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit tipped police off to her.
Stevenson police officers stopped Connie Leann Kirk, 39, on Steam Plant Road in Stevenson on Tuesday. During the stop, they found methamphetamine, marijuana, hydrocodone, unprescribed medication and drug paraphernalia.
Kirk was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of hydrocodone, possession of prescription medication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was transported to the Jackson County Jail where she remains on a $12,000 bond.
