Police: Woman fires shots at man, misses after domestic fight

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Investigators are working to get both sides of the story after a shooting at a home on Cedar Hill Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.

The shooting was the result of a domestic issue, according to police.

Police say both people involved are offenders and victims. The man involved confronted the woman in the yard of a home on Cedar Hill Avenue.She fired three shots toward him, but he wasn't hit. One bullet did, however, hit his car. The other two bullets are believed to be in the ground.

They continued to argue before he got in his car and started to leave.

The police stopped him at the corner of Reynolds Drive and Mastin Lake Road.

Police are unsure who, if anyone, will go to jail over the incident.
