All 6 officers charged after Freddie Gray's death ruled a homicide

All six officers involved in the police-custody death of Freddie Gray are being charged.

One officer is being charged with second-degree murder. A warrant has been issued for all six officers arrests at this time.

The State's attorney says she will not turn the Freddie Gray case over to the special prosecutor.

Gray died April 19 after suffering a fatal spinal injury while in police custody.
