ARAB, AL (WAFF) - An Arab police officer will be reinstated to the police force on Thursday after the case against him was no-billed.

The case against Tyler Thomas was no-billed by a Cullman County grand jury, according to Arab Police Chief Ed Ralston. That means he will not be indicted. He will be reinstated to the patrol division.

Thomas was placed on administrative leave pending a felony investigation by the Cullman County Sheriff's Office.
