Felony exam set for janitor accused of producing child porn

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A janitor accused of producing child porn and placing hidden cameras in businesses is scheduled for a felony exam Wednesday.

Jeremy Nelson will be appointed a court attorney at the time of the exam and the judge will decide if it will go to a grand jury.

Nelson faces multiple counts of possession of child pornography.

Investigators say he placed hidden camera in bathrooms of local businesses to collect lewd images.

They say he put cameras inside a Huntsville CBS television station and a Huntsville dance studio.
