Convicted killer's sentencing postponed

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - The sentencing hearing for convicted murder, Raymond Clemmons, has been postponed.

Clemmons was convicted in September for the killing his cousin, Jerry Ivy, in a 2012 shooting.

A Lauderdale County Judge granted Clemmons bond of $500,000 back in September with the supervision of an ankle monitor.

The sentencing has been postponed until Nov. 5 at 9:00 a.m.
