MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A man will spend seven and a half months behind bars for threatening to burn down a Marshall County school.
Craig Tallie Hayes pleaded guilty Tuesday morning to making a terrorist threat.
Guntersville police say Hayes threatened to burn down Claysville School in a 911 call back in February.
The school went into lockdown and Hayes was arrested in Arab.
