Man sentenced to 20 years in prison for killing his wife

NEW HOPE, AL (WAFF) - A man who pleaded guilty to murder in May was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Timothy Chambers will also have to pay a $100,000 fine.
Chambers shot and killed his wife at their home in New Hope in 2011.
The judge delayed his original sentencing date after his attorney said he needed more time for an expert witness to travel to Huntsville.
