Judge doesn't reduce accused killer's bond

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - A Madison County man accused of stabbing another man will not have his bond reduced.

Dan Cobb is charged with Bobby Pierce's death.

In April, investigators said the two men got into an argument that led to the stabbing.

On Thursday morning, a judge kept Cobb's bond at $100,000 cash.

Prosecutors argued that Pierce's family members would be in fear of their lives if Cobb's bond was reduced and he was released.
