Man accused of threat to burn down Claysville school

MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A Marshall County man faces charges afterpolice said he threatened an area school.

Craig Tallie Hayes is charged with making aterrorist threat. Guntersville Police said the call was made to 911 just afternoon Monday concerning Claysville School.

School officials said they locked the schooldown after learning the man had threatened to burn the school down. After anearly two-hour search, Hayes was located after fleeing from an Arab home.

Hayes is being held on $100,000 bond.
