Free flu shot clinics offered to Madison Co. residents

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - The Madison County Commission and the Madison County Health Department will be holding free flu shot clinics across the county as flu season nears.

The shots are free to all citizens, but patients should bring MEdicare, Medicaid, Blue Advantage or private insurance cards.

Citizens six months and older are eligible for the free flu shots.

8:30am - 3pm — District 1 Office, 9457 Moores Mill Road, New Market, Commissioner Roger Jones
This Wednesday, October 2
8:30am - 2pm — District 3E Office, 4273 Highway 72E, Brownsboro. Commissioner Eddie Sisk
This Thursday, October 3
8:30am – 3pm — Monrovia Community Center, 254 Allen Drake Drive, Huntsville, Commissioner Phil Vandiver
Next Monday, October 7
8:30am - 3pm — Madison City Council Chambers, 100 Hughes Road, Madison, Commissioner Steve Haraway
Next Tuesday, October 8
8:30am - 2pm — Robert "Bob" Harrison Senior Wellness and Advocacy Center, 6156 Pulaski Pike, Huntsville, Commissioner Bob Harrison
Next Wednesday, October 9
9am - 2pm — Bobo Fire Station, 7982 Old Railroad Bed Road, Bobo Fire Department
