Decatur police charge man with credit card fraud

DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - Decatur authorities arrested and charged Wesley Ryan Nappier, 23, with credit card fraud on Monday.

On June 18, Dwight Satterfield reported a home burglary that included his wallet, which contained his credit/debit card.

Satterfield's card was used once at Wal-Mart and two times at JMart, both located in Decatur.

During the investigation, Nappier became a suspect.  He was then charged with three counts of illegal possession or fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and booked into Decatur City Jail.

Nappier was transferred to Morgan County Jail and has bonds totaling at $7,500.
