New trial for Franklin Co. teacher accused of sex with student

FRANKLIN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A Franklin County judge set another trial date for a teacher accused of having sex with a student.
Kimberly Bynum faces criminal charges for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old.
Bynum taught math at Vina High School.
This trial has been delayed several times.
Bynum's trial is now set for April 1 at the Franklin County Courthouse in Russellville.
