LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A Rogersville woman will serve two years in prison after she ran over two people at a youth softball field in 2011.

Malana White pleaded guilty to reckless assault Thursday.

White was arrested in April of 2011 after reports said she ran over Mona Tucker and Tucker's daughter at a Lauderdale County ball field.

Authorities said White was arguing with a woman when she got in her car and ran over the woman, hitting the woman's daughter at the same time.

Mona Tucker suffered two broken legs and a broken back and had to be airlifted to Huntsville Hospital.
