We celebrated Veteran's Day on Friday, but this weekend's homecoming shows there's always more time to honor our veterans.
A non-profit organization called "Valor Flight" helped fund a trip for numerous Korean War veterans in Huntsville. Veterans from across the Tennessee Valley left from the Huntsville International Airport early Saturday morning.
They toured memorial sites including the Korean War Memorial and the Arlington National Cemetery.
One veteran who reunited with his family said he's very grateful for the trip.
"I'm thankful for the people who funded this and I think that most of us that went on this trip will fund the next one," said Claude Brown, veteran.
Valor Flight says it's planning to make another trip next spring.
