Charles is a December 2021 graduate of West Virginia University. While earning his degree, Charles served as the sports editor for the WVU student newspaper, the Daily Athenaeum. Charles also completed a summer internship in 2021 for ESPN Louisville radio.
Charles is familiar with Alabama as he has lived in Grant since 2011. He attended KDS DAR High School and graduated in 2018.
Charles is a major sports fan, supporting the Mountaineers, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Oakland Athletics.
As a Digital Reporter, Charles creates content for all of WAFF's platforms including TV, web and streaming.
