Warm and Foggy start to the morning with temperatures hovering in the upper 60s. Dense fog may impact those out on the roads early this morning, so extra time will be needed.No need for a jacket today, with a warm start to the morning, we are only getting warmer from there.
Warm and muggy conditions will stay with us overnight into Monday morning, lows will be in the upper 60s to low 70s with a light breeze preventing any fog development. More of the same is in the forecast for Monday with mostly sunny skies and highs reaching the low 90s, the heat index will be in the upper 90s with a chance at very isolated showers in the afternoon.
Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will start to diminish after sunset as we will lose our daytime heating. An isolated shower or two will be possible overnight with muggy lows in the upper 60s, areas of patchy dense fog will likely develop for early Sunday morning. Another hot and humid day is expected for Sunday with highs in the low 90s, with dew points in the 70s the heat index will be around 100 degrees! Isolated downpours and storms will once again develop for Sunday afternoon, some storms could produce heavy rainfall, frequent lightning and gusty winds.
Scattered to numerous rain showers and storms will continue for the rest of your Sunday evening with lows staying muggy in the upper 60s. The forecast will get quite repetitive to start off the work week with highs in the low to middle 80s on Monday and Tuesday with daily chances for storms.
Cloud cover will gradually push in later tonight into Monday morning, lows will be comfortable again in the mid to upper 50s. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy for Monday with seasonably warm temps in the low to middle 80s, a few showers and isolated storms may develop late Monday night.
Strong to marginally severe thunderstorms will develop ahead of a cold front moving through this evening. Some storms with stronger, sustained updrafts will provide a threat of strong wind gusts, hail, frequent lightning and locally heavy rainfall.
Scattered rain showers and isolated storms will continue to develop through the evening with winds staying breezy from the south. Some isolated stronger storms can develop late tonight into early Monday morning as a warm front lifts north across the area.
In the 40s out there under clear skies. Fog may become more of an issue as we go throughout the morning but outside of that Monday is looking pretty easy going. We will climb late this morning into the 60s and keep going from there. Highs reaching the 80s for your afternoon with sunny skies.
