Strong Storms and Hot Temperatures

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) -The heat will continue to be a problem into the weekend with highs in the middle to upper 90s and a heat index 105-110 possible. Storms in the area and some of the clouds associated with them could keep us from reaching our forecast highs and also keep us from reaching our heat advisory and warning criteria. Stay hydrated and beat the heat as best you can. Additional strong storms will be possible into the weekend. Next week looks unsettled with more clouds and scattered showers and thunderstorms about each and every day. This includes the 4th of July.
