Athens Utilities responding to water main break

ATHENS, Ala. (WAFF) - Athens Utilities released an alert stating that it has mobilized crews for a water main break in Athens.

According to the alert, the water main break is considered a major water main break and is located on Brownsferry St. near Houston St.

Some customers in the area may be without water pressure as a result of the break.
