Emergency crews rescued two people trapped in a vehicle in deep flood waters in Madison County

MADISON CO., Ala. (WAFF) - Authorities say two people were rescued from an SUV stuck in flood waters Wednesday night.

Owens Cross Roads Police and New Hope Police responded to an SUV stuck in four feet of water just south of Old Big Cove Road in Owens Cross Roads.

Emergency responders say they were able to help rescue two people stuck inside of the vehicle.

No injuries were reported.
