Madison Police searching for armed robber in a stolen vehicle

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - The Madison Police Department are searching for an armed robber in a stolen car.

Officers responded to a robbery at the Budget Inn, 8995 Madison Boulevard. WAFF is told the suspect is a white male, 5′10, 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hat with a black and white bandana; he is also armed with a small handgun, said Madison police.

Madison police said the man stole a white 2006 Chevrolet Suburban with Tennessee tag 6W39X0. He was last seen driving westbound on Madison Boulevard.
