HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - In August of 2020, new details in a sex case were revealed in court involving a Huntsville defense contractor, Grady Gaston. Today, Madison County Investigators arrested Gaston on a 75 count indictment involving multiple sex crimes.
Officials with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office said the Limestone county Sheriff’s Office requested assistance regarding the search for Gaston. He was wanted on an indictment involving Human Trafficking, Rape in the first degree, Bribing a Witness, Possession of Pornographic Material, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Madison County Sheriff’s investigators along with the Street Crimes Unit were able to locate Gaston at a residence on Trailway Road in Huntsville on January 7th and placed him under arrest without incident.
Officials with Madison County Sheriff’s Office said they are highly committed to protecting people from those who create, possess or distribute child pornography.
