Two dogs killed in house fire in Monte Sano Sunday afternoon

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Huntsville Fire and Rescue responded to a house fire near Crescent Circle on Sunday afternoon.
WAFF is told that the fire stayed in the back of the home without spreading. According to Huntsville Fire and Rescue no one was injured, but two dogs died in the fire.
Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the fire. Stay tuned to WAFF 48 for updates.
