LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) - The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office and National Weather Service confirm that four mobile homes were destroyed on Chris Way.

There was also mobile home damage on Ham Road.

Power poles are also down in the area.

In Athens, there are scattered power outages.

Also in Limestone County, the sign was knocked over at the Chevron gas station at U.S. 72 West and Washington Street. Part of the roof was also pulled off above the gas pumps.

On the other side of U.S. 72, there were power polls tipped and signs damaged.

The National Weather Service will likely send a survey team to the area Monday to analyze storm damage.
