HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - The third suspect to go to court for the murder of a paraplegic man has been sentenced.
Latransezon Tremaine Malloy was sentenced to life in prison for the robbery and murder of Markia Kendall.
A judge ordered the sentence to begin after the 40 years he is already serving for drug trafficking charges.
Prosecutors say Malloy was one of four men who forced their way into Kendall’s home and shot and killed him in 2015.
Two other suspects in the murder are already serving prison sentences.
A fourth suspect is awaiting trial.
