RENTCafe is reporting the first monthly decline in two years happened across the country.
Huntsville’s average rent grew in September at $849. That’s up $7 from August.
Madison’s average rent also went up, to $955. That’s an increase of $8 from the previous month.
Decatur’s rent remains the cheapest in the state at $566, down $2 from August.
