Jackson County man charged with murder in wife’s death

HOLLYWOOD, Ala. (WAFF) - Jackson County authorities arrested a man on murder charges. Investigators booked 32-year-old Jeremiah Adam Nix in the shooting death of his wife Candus Bowes. Jackson County Sheriff Chuck Phillips said the shooting happened a domestic situation in Poplar Street in Hollywood early Saturday morning.
Phillips tells WAFF-48 News bail for Nix will not be set until he goes before a judge on Monday.
