Man found dead behind Huntsville gas station

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Authorities are investigating after a person was found dead behind the Marathon gas station at the corner of University Drive and Henderson Road Tuesday afternoon.

Officers believe the 28-year-old man was charging his phone at the back of the store.

Authorities could not confirm the cause the death pending an investigation. But officers did say they responded to three heat-related calls today.
